Return Policy

To return a Dri-Eaz product, please contact the Dri-Eaz Sales Partner/Distributor you purchased through and ask about their return policy. Return policies may vary. Finished goods may be returned for up to 30 days and parts for up to 60 days from the date of purchase from Dri-Eaz, subject to inspection and 20% restocking fee (see below).

If the product is to be returned to Dri-Eaz Products, Inc. you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from the Dri-Eaz sales partner/distributor you purchased the item from. Once you receive an RMA number, you can ship the equipment to the Dri-Eaz Service Department for evaluation. Returns are not allowed on consumable or discontinued products.

The Service Department will inspect the equipment and determine whether any credit will be issued. A minimum 20% restock fee applies to all equipment returned in "new condition."


Warranty Service

Warranty service is normally obtained through your local Dri-Eaz distributor. To obtain service under your product warranty please (a) have the product serial number and original proof of purchase available and (b) contact your local authorized distributor (or locate one near you ) and request a return material authorization (RMA).

If a distributor is unable to assist you, please contact Dri-Eaz products directly at 800-932-3030.

We will inspect the product without charge and contact you within 72 hours of our receipt of the product to give you the results of our inspection. If our inspection uncovers a defect we will repair or replace the product, at our election. All shipping costs shall be paid by the purchaser. If it is determined that there is no defect in the product, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then the product will be repaired or replaced only at your request and at your expense and you must bear all shipping costs.
